Glass prevents flame spread in the event of a fire. As it does not have the ability to resist heat, it is used in fire resistant doors and windows. HANGLAS's fire resistant glass brand is “PYRO-VISION.”

Fire-rated glass is classified based on its fire resistance duration, EI30 (30 minutes), EI60 (60 minutes), EI90 (90 minutes), EI120 (120 minutes). HANGLAS's Fire-rated brands are “FLAMSTOP” and “CONTRAFLAM.”
Fire-rated glass is fire-resistant glass that can be applied to inner partitions and exterior curtain walls, and it has been certified by Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology. Double Low-E glass is used on exterior curtain wall to enhance insulation.
